Science Hub edycja UNIC – nabór wniosków już wkrótce

Science Hub of the University of Lodz, which is a cooperation platform connecting the University of Lodz community with organisations operating in various fields, is coming back in a new international version. Details of the competition in March 2025.

The University of Lodz Science Hub website will publish details of the call for applications for the new edition of the UniLodz Science Hub in March. We encourage teams consisting of at least one student, on employee of the University of Lodz who will act as a scientific supervisor, a similar duo from another university being a member of the European UNIC Alliance and a partner organisation from Lodz or the region to cooperate.

For students, it is a great chance to gain unique experience that can become the basis for a diploma thesis. For employees of the University of Lodz acting as academic supervisors, this is an opportunity to cooperate with the environment effectively and establish or deepen relationships with selected people from the UNIC Alliance, while for partner organisations, to solve a specific problem or conduct research on a selected issue using the know-how of the University of Lodz.

  • You can submit ideas for application or implementation activities, regardless of the scientific discipline.
  • It is important that their goal is to solve a significant problem of the partner organisation and to support the transformation of Lodz towards sustainable development.
  • Projects may be implemented as part of diploma theses or term papers created by students.

UNIC is an Alliance of European universities located in post-industrial cities, which the University of Lodz joined in 2022.
